Kiran Sugar Mills Limited was incorporated in Pakistan as unquoted Public Limited Company under the provision of Companies Ordinance, 1984, vide registration CUIN 0024170 on 29th May 1991. The Company is mainly engaged in the production and sale of white refined Sugar and Molasses.

The registered office of the company is situated at 301, 3rd Floor, Clifton Center, Khayaban-e-Roomi, Block-5, Clifton Karachi in the province of Sindh and the manufacturing facilities are located at Noman Goth, Dubber Road, Taluka Rohri District Sukkur in the province of Sindh.
